Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times

Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships — this is separate from delivery/transit time.

Mixed orders (both types) Up to the longer applicable timeframe, unless split (see Section 3)

Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. Because some items are sourced from third-party suppliers, processing may occasionally take longer due to supplier stock levels, demand, or logistics outside our control. We'll notify you if we expect a significant delay.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Sourced & Drop-Shipped Items

Some products on our site are not held in our own inventory and are instead sourced or drop-shipped directly from third-party suppliers or manufacturers. By placing an order for these items, you acknowledge that:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the supplier's location and processing capability
  • Packaging, branding, and included documentation (e.g. invoices) may come from the third-party supplier rather than Prestige Pairs
  • Stock availability is subject to change and, in rare cases, an item may become unavailable after you order — if this happens, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative
  • Delivery estimates for these items are provided by the supplier and may differ from in-stock item estimates

3. Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in a single order may ship separately and arrive at different times. If your order is split:

  • You will not be charged extra shipping fees for the split unless otherwise stated at checkout
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers, one per shipment
  • Each shipment's delivery estimate is based on its originating supplier/location

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship worldwide. Some remote locations or regions may have extended delivery times or be excluded by a specific supplier — this will be flagged at checkout if applicable.

5. Shipping Costs & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen shipping method. [Add specifics: flat rate / free shipping threshold / carrier-calculated, carriers used, etc.]

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and suppliers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, or supplier delays.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Prestige Pairs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order (or each part of a split order) ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Some third-party suppliers may provide limited or delayed tracking updates.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@prestigepairs.co.uk with your order number. For drop-shipped items, we will liaise with the relevant supplier on your behalf to resolve the issue, but your point of contact remains Prestige Pairs — you do not need to contact the supplier directly.

10. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@prestigepairs.co.uk — we'll do our best to amend it before it ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been passed to a supplier or carrier.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our suppliers, carriers, or operations. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
